    1. Hi, Irma! Sorry if this collection of breakfast recipes does not satisfy your preferred morning choices. But it’s not indented towards dieting or low calorie recipes. Especially in the morning, I believe the body needs fuel for the day ahead. After all, a simple omelet from one egg with some herbs can be low calorie enough but satisfying and nutritious for the body. If you really need ONE recipe.
