Exotic Cake Roll
This exotic cake roll is so simple and easy to make, refreshing and super delicious.

Not overly sweet, with lots of citrus fruits and vanilla cream filling, it’s really a pleasure to eat.
What Do We Need To Make It?

- 1 basic cake roll sponge that I made here
- Instant vanilla pudding (1 package)
- Milk for the pudding
- 1 canned pineapple can
- 1 kiwi, 2 oranges
- Icing sugar to decorate
How To Make This Exotic Cake Roll

Step 1. Prep the fruits
Cut the kiwi and oranges in small pieces. Place all the fruits (including pineapple) in a sieve to drain the excess juice.

Step 2. Prep the pudding
Prep the instant pudding as instructed on the package. Spread it onto the sponge and level well.
Place the fruit bits over the pudding and roll the sponge carefully onto itself, with the help of the parchment paper.

Step 3. Roll and let it set
Let it set wrapped into paper for a few hours in the fridge. (Or not 🙂 )
Unwrap, decorate with icing powder and slice.

Serving & Preserving
Slice as needed and serve with your preferred cup of coffee or tea when you crave something sweet, but refreshing.

Preserve the cake roll covered in the fridge, up to 3 days.
