Ingredients
1lbs.chicken breast
2eggs
3/4cupflour
1cupcornflakes
salt & pepper to taste
paprika, chili powder(optional)
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into fillets and flat them with a meat mallet to desired thickness.Season and dredge them trough flour. Dip into the beaten eggs, them dredge through cornflakes. Cover well on all sides.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the chicken breast schnitzels. Bake on the chicken program. Flip the meat halfway though the cooking time.Check for doingness as per your personal taste. Take out the meat and arrange on a serving platter. Serve with a side dish of choice and a seasonal salad,Enjoy!
