Soak the wood skewers into cold water until ready to use.Cut the chicken breast into same size pieces and place into a bawl. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and cover well all the meat pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix again to coat everything well.
Cut the vegetables into the same size pieces as the meat. Pat dry the skewers and begin filling them alternating meat pieces with vegetables upon personal preference. Preheat the air fryer for the chicken program.
