Easy Chocolate Caramel Swiss Roll

This chocolate caramel swiss roll is so easy to make and put together.

It uses instant caramel pudding, but you can replace it with other instant puddings as well.
What you need:
- 1 Chocolate swiss roll sponge (recipe here)
- 2 Instant caramel pudding mix (whatever available)
- Milk for the pudding (as needed)
How To Make It
Step 1. Bake the swiss roll sponge and let it cool wrapped in the rolled form. Prep the pudding as instructed on the packages and let it set a little in the fridge.

Step 2. Spread 1/2 of the instant caramel pudding on the sponge and roll it back into a log form.

Decorate the swiss roll with the remaining caramel pudding and make some fluffy swirls with the spoon.

Step 3. Let it set in to the fridge for at least 2 hours (or not 🙂 ).

Slice and enjoy!

It’s even better the next day.
