Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake
Chocolate swiss roll is a simple to make and delicious easy dessert for everyday sweet moments.

From the cake roll series, I used the chocolate cake roll sponge and filled it with instant vanilla pudding (from Dr. Oetker) and canned fruits.
What You Need:

- 1 chocolate sponge cake (recipe here)
- 1 instant vanilla pudding (already prepared)
- 1 or 2 canned fruits cans (a cocktail of pineapple, peaches, orange, kiwi, cherries)
How To Proceed
Spread the vanilla pudding over the sponge and add the canned fruits (let them drain for 10 minutes to lose the excess juice).
(I made 2 rolls so that’s why you see leftovers of pudding and fruits.)

Roll the sponge cake again with the help of the parchment paper and let it rest and set wrapped in the rolled form in the fridge or freezer for a few hours.
I let mine set in the freezer overnight to get a more beautiful cut. Unwrap it and place it on a serving platter.

Serving & Preserving
You can decorate it with icing sugar or cocoa powder if you want, I just let mine simple. It was devoured in a couple of hours.

Slice it and enjoy at you coffee moments,

or let it sit in the fridge until take it to parties or potlucks and slice it there.

Preserve leftovers covered in the fridge for about 3 days.
