White Bean Crostini Appetizers
A white bean spread I’m making on regular basis can be used to create mini bean crostini appetizers, especially when beautifully topped and decorated with colorful veggies.
They can look stunning.
So, using different herbs and vegetables we can play with colors and design something very appealing to the eye and moreover for our taste buds.
What You’ll Need
- My white bean spread (recipe here)
- A few mini baguettes
- Herbs and veggies of choice
- Spices and olives, pickles
Method
1. Slice baguette and spread
Slice your baguettes in desired thickness pieces and lightly grill them or get them crispy in the oven. Or, you can use them as they are.
Let your imagination go wild, as beans go well with many spices and herbs.
2. Decorate as you like
Spread the bean dip and decorate to taste with fresh dill, parsley, thin slices of bell peppers, cucumber, dill pickles, radishes, sliced olives, chili flakes, crushed black pepper.
3. Arrange on a plate
These colorful bean crostini are a good choice for party / bite-size pool food or to impress on holidays. They are super delicious too.
Make them for your next party and get ready to impress.
Are you impressed yet?…
I hope so. 🙂
These will disappear quickly from your plate.
You can also use my smoky eggplant spread for variety.
